Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.


You are more than welcome to exchange your product, but it must be unworn and in its original packaging. Either you can pay the postage to and from or you are more than welcome to come to a market that i will be attending and swap it over there. Again please contact me to arrange this.

Faulty/Damaged Products

If you deem your product to be faulty/damaged when you receive it, please contact me straight away and we will get the problem sorted out. Due to our jewellery being handmade there will be slight imperfections and each piece will be slightly different to the next and the photo.
